Most boob jobs take an hour or two and use implants.

The two major kinds of implants are saline and silicone gel, which was just re-approved by the FDA. The implants can go either in front of or behind the breast muscle. And the implant can be inserted via four routes: under your breat, through the areola, via the armpit, or through your belly button (see picture).
